Whats a virtual share? Once we reach our predetermined milestones, virtual shareholders receive payouts. As we expand, so do your virtual shares. We grow together.

Champions of the Work Free Life Jonnie, Amy & Yury have a shared vision, the future of work is freelance & flexible. Both Yury and Amy are ex-freelancers and Jonnie a SaaS leader from bootstrap to IPO.
Amy landed her first freelance job from a freelance community back in 2017 when she first starting freelancing.

Can I invite my own freelancers into my account?
Yes, No problem. If you already have a roster of freelance talent that you like to work with, you can easily invite the to your company talent pool. The freelancer can create a profile, get added to talent pool and invited to jobs. If you hire talent you invited in, then you never pay commissions for those hires.
What is community talent?
Good question! Workfree is a little different to other platforms. We connect with the top freelance communities globally. This means you get access to that community talent straight from the Workfree platform. Trusted talent, from the top communities at your fingertips.
How can paying freelancers via Workfree help me?
We can save you a bunch of time. Paying each freelancer you work with individually is time consuming for your team. By using Workfree to manage your freelance workforce you can pay all your freelancers from one single invoice. It's that simple!
Are there other fees I need to know about?
We try to keep it as simple as possible. Your freelance management software is free to use on our Start Plan. When you hire from our community marketplace you simply pay 10% for a successful hire. If you use our single invoice solution then simply pay a 5% fee.
